I’m Rachael
Celebrant, MC, hopeless romantic and unstoppable celebration enthusiast. I’m the one popping the bubbles, tearing up at the vows, rallying the crowd and making a fabulous fuss of life’s big moments. Give me a love story, a room full of your favourite humans and something worth celebrating, and I’m in my element.
Long before I started getting lovers hitched…
I spent 14+ years immersed in weddings and events. Planning beautiful celebrations, hosting food and wine experiences and learning exactly what it takes to bring people, personalities and a hundred moving parts together seamlessly. Throw in my earlier life as an international tour guide, wrangling groups of strangers around the world, and you could say reading a room and keeping the good times rolling is pretty firmly in my DNA.
And that's exactly what I'll bring to your wedding ceremony.
I'll get to know the two of you — what you value, what makes you laugh, what matters and what absolutely doesn't — then help you shape a ceremony that feels completely at home in your world. Big and boisterous, intimate and sentimental, traditional with a twist or wonderfully no-fuss, I'll match your vibe, guide you through it all and read the room as we go. I’ll know when to lift the energy, when to settle the nerves and when to simply let the moment do its thing.

From paperwork to vows to where on earth you’re supposed to stand, I’ll guide you through the whole shebang so you can simply show up, relax and get married.
❥ Your ceremony will actually sound like you.
I’ll ask ALL the questions and dig into the good stuff — the stories, quirks, values and tiny details that make your relationship yours. No copy-and-paste love stories here.
❥ Your people won’t just sit there politely waiting for the bar to open.
They’ll laugh, tear up, holla when the moment calls for it and feel like they’re right there in it with you.
❥ You won’t have to “perform” your own wedding.
Nervous about all those eyes on you? I’ll read the room, carry the energy and take the pressure off so you can relax into the moment instead of wondering what to do with your hands.
❥ Your photos will be about you, not me.
No celebrant photo bombing your first kiss here! I host from the side, place myself strategically, and coordinate my outfit to your theme, complementing your colour palette without accidentally becoming bridesmaid number six.
❥ You’ll have someone who genuinely gives a damn.
